Community Development Worker
Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the church’s outreach and support initiatives. Working within a multi-staff team, the role oversees the Community Meals, Coffee Drop-In and Ukrainian Hub, while liaising with local networks and agencies to identify community needs. Responsibilities include planning appropriate responses, initiating group activities, recruiting and supporting volunteers, and advocating for those served. The post holder will ensure safeguarding compliance, undertake relevant training, contribute to church life, and pursue ongoing spiritual and ministry development.
Worship Co-ordinator
Cultivate a Spirit-filled culture of expectancy, inspiring the congregation to pursue God’s presence through worship. The role involves leading and developing the church’s worship and music ministries, including major events such as Christmas and Easter, and leading Sunday worship twice monthly. Responsibilities include recruiting, training and overseeing worship and tech teams, introducing new songs, managing rotas, maintaining song resources, and overseeing administration and budgets. The post holder will nurture youth and young adults in worship leadership, build a strong foundation of prayer, support the church’s wider vision, attend staff meetings, uphold safeguarding policies, and pursue ongoing spiritual and ministry development.
